All orders are carefully packed in our small studio and shipped via Israel Post (registered mail) with a tracking number.

Shipping Fee: ₪30 (flat rate across Israel)
Free Shipping on orders over ₪250
Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (depends on Israel Post)

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel happy with every purchase. If you received the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order — we’ll be happy to replace or resolve the issue.

Please note: We do not accept returns in the following cases:

Used, washed, or opened products
Change of mind or personal preferences (e.g. size or color) after use
